In the pharma world, there is nothing more thrilling than bringing a new medicine to market that may ultimately impact lives for the better. The COVID-19 pandemic had both direct and indirect impacts on our ability to plan and execute. An amazingly well-planned HCP engagement strategy, an innovative approach to content, and an exquisitely produced broadcast event were key to outmanoeuvring these significant challenges. To meet this moment, it took a brilliant team that proactively fostered connections and provided support to each other, to clients, to Novartis leadership and to the expert HCPs that led the event. Pressure-filled? Yes. Exhausting? Yes. Did we succeed? Resoundingly yes! The success was thanks to strong partnerships, a profoundly collaborative spirit, innovative and courageous thinking and undoubtedly a heap of quick-thinking agility.

Judges’ comments

The judges thought this entry from Caudex was very strong in terms of generating interest with HCPs, and producing some good feedback. The challenge was clear, and the plan created was logical and pragmatic with good implementation. A highly commercially successful product so far.
