  • Healthcare agencies and consultancies, based in Europe, international or UK
  • Management consultants acting on behalf (and with the full authorisation) of the client pharmaceutical company
  • Patient associations and charities
  • Trade organisations and professional bodies.

I’ve never entered before, can you give me some tips?

Read the Judges’ tips carefully and book a coaching session with a member of the PMEA team or with a judge where possible via a conference/Zoom call, to give advice on what makes an award winning entry.

How much does it cost to enter?

    • Entry is charged at £341.25 + VAT (£409.50) per entry*
    • Payment will be made through the online entry system, once you submit your entry.

* Extension fee: £262.50 + VAT (£315) (for entries submitted from 25 August – 1 September 2023)

How do you ensure confidentiality?

PMGroup recognises the sensitive nature of the information submitted in the entries and, with this in mind, we have systems in place to ensure confidentiality at every stage of the judging process.

Every judge is required to sign a detailed and legally-binding confidentiality agreement before appointment. PMGroup also undertakes to adhere to the same confidentiality agreement.

You have total control of the information disclosed when the results of awards are published. This will be strictly limited to:

  • The content of the 200-word executive summary in your submission – please ensure that this is prepared with due care and attention
  • A visual or video to support the entry, submitted as part of the supplementary materials.
  • Quotes from the judges

Who organises the PMEA?
