Summary of work
A global capability development programme for senior marketers, empowering them to shift their mindsets to become strong leaders, and equipping them with the skills needed to become enablers of business transformation.
The programme was delivered with Uptake in an MBA style, mixing theory, interaction, and practical application of new skills, and was directly measured by implementation. Its success has resulted in great feedback from participants, managers and Leadership Team members, a wider rollout of the programme, with eight iterations within the first year across multiple countries, and a secured position as a standing global training programme.
