Takeda impressed the us with their outstanding team. In answering the brief, they demonstrated a good balance between business results, customers and their people. They were authentic and honest about the challenges they faced and it was clear that their customers and their people were at the core of many of their decisions. It was refreshing to listen to how they managed the challenges of remote working and the significant changes in the NHS, whilst continuing to grow the business effectively and they really bought their story to life. As judges, we couldn’t fault them.
