Put simply, Lucid transformed. We moved from a boutique agency to a family of discrete, differentiated agencies, each with an ambition to not only service our clients and improve patient outcomes, but also to be a wonderful place to work.
We invested more than ever in our people, with an in-house graduate training scheme, the adoption of agile working across the organisation and £100k spent developing our leaders through an executive development process.
We diversified our offerings, with digital platforms, new technology, and social listening to ensure patients’ voices are heard.
We invested in our Advance Outcomes behaviour change education: working with academics on improved metrics.
And our clients continued to love us, and we retained all of them, resulting in an outstanding financial performance. For the third year running our revenue grew by over 30%. At Lucid we transform lives. Always. For clients, for patients and for our teams.
Judges’ comments
The judges thought Lucid clearly demonstrated the evolution of their business and the introduction of the patient voice. They have delivered against their vision and values, whilst demonstrating a strong growth in revenue and bringing their staff along during this year's changes. They have shown a great focus on their employees, facilitating a work/life balance in an agency setting. Lucid come across as a real industry leader.
