We sharpened our positioning, empowered a refreshed leadership team and introduced proprietary frameworks such as Bedrock ENGAGE – practical innovations designed to deliver lasting value. The impact was transformative. We achieved 46% revenue growth, won our first £1M+ global agency of record partnership, and doubled the number of high-value accounts. For our people, it meant record engagement scores and a 91% retention rate, proof that our hybrid culture and values are lived, not laminated. For clients, it meant trusted partnerships where strategy, creativity and scientific rigour combine to raise the bar – reflected in incredible client feedback and being awarded Medical Affairs Agency of the Year at Communiqué!
