In-app surveys show 60% of users feel more confident after using the app. Readability testing of more than 200 outputs showed Patiently AI reduces text grade levels in 88% of cases, typically from Grade 11 to Grade 8.Early users describe it as “like having a doctor in my pocket.”

PharmaTools.AI’s entry had a well-structured approach, utilising behavioural science and focused on ensuring responsible AI deployment. Insight research led the thinking, and personas were used to drive a more personalised approach, seeking and achieving MHRA Class 1 medical device status is very impressive.
