Summary of work
When we started Mearns & Pike 7 years ago we set out to do things differently. We didn’t want to follow the models of other agencies. We wanted to forge our own path based on what we believe is the right thing to do and guided by our purpose.
Seven years on we have achieved much more than we ever imagined we would. We have punched well above our weight outperforming many, much larger, well-established agencies.
We have a client list that includes some of the biggest healthcare companies in the world as well as some smaller, exciting clients with huge potential – and our work has been recognised for its impact, winning prestigious industry awards and being shortlisted/finalists more than 50 times. We’ve done all this whilst listening to our hearts and always staying true to our purpose.
We are leading a movement with everyone we work with to make human connection central and bring Love In Everything We Do.
With HCPs/Patients it’s all about compassion, listening and caring.
With clients it is behaving as confidants, challengers, colleagues, coaches and friends.
And with our team this means supporting them to work how they want to work and celebrating their individualism.
