Connect 360 - AZ Patient Support Program

Summary of work
To support severe asthma patients, AstraZeneca developed a global support service for patients that have been prescribed an AZ biologic. Named ‘Connect 360’, the patient support programme (PSP) aims to support patients to start their treatment and empower them to self-manage their condition during their treatment journey, building positive experiences as they return to their new normal and achieve better health outcomes.
This submission is developed on the evolution of the Connect 360 programme in Spain in 2022.

The Connect 360 entry was well thought through with strong insight, supported by research. The objectives were well structured and delivered nicely. The feedback was impressive with good patient enrolment statistics. Overall a good, worthy entry.
