https://pmea.awardsplatform.com
Closing date for entries is 29 August 2025.
A seven-day extension will be permitted to 5 September 2025, for an additional charge.
- Every submission must use the online entry system

- Please ensure that you have client/company approval and/or authorisation.
Supply supporting materials
Please remember that the first round of scoring is based only on the content of the entry. No supporting material is viewed at this stage. Please provide information for all the judging criteria to help ensure the judges can see the quality of your thinking and your work.
Please only send information that helps the judges to see how you researched, planned, implemented and measured the programme within each specific category, eg:
ESSENTIAL: A summary sheet detailing each of the supporting materials
- Information illustrating how the work was brought to life is helpful, but the judges don’t need to see every single item
- PLUS: An approved high resolution visual/ image or video that supports the entry for use in print, results pages online and AV.
- Please ensure you advise us of all passwords and website details so that the judges can have access.
Payment
