Abbott wanted to synergise and differentiate their digital offering by developing a centralised go-to educational platform to build brand value, drive referrals and optimise patient care for cardiovascular communities. Using influences beyond the realms of healthcare, Precision AQ developed a personalised education platform for healthcare professionals (HCPs): CONNEXT.
The launch of CONNEXT provides stand-out training, case studies which put theory into practice, and up-to-date relevant information in a rapidly evolving therapy area, all in one place and accessed with the least possible clicks.
The platform’s resources and design ensure HCPs come back time and time again to consume the content that is right for them, helping support optimal care for patients across the region.

Judges’ comments

‘CONNEXT’ was data-based and depicts a clear business challenge. The plan was solid and the results strong, backed up by comprehensive data-points. This is a good example of consolidation and re-branding of content.
