Our Strategic Imperatives emphasised Leadership (R)evolution, Operations Excellence, Transformative Growth, and defining the Next Wave.
2022 successes included double-digit increases in revenue and staff retention; improvements in engagement survey results; enhanced proactive career development and entry-level training; balance in product/service offerings and geographies across publications, medical affairs, and commercial communications; massive conversion of organic business growth and new business wins; and further integration of digital/omnichannel into our everyday.
Our proudest operational initiatives included adapting resourcing models; commitment to EDI; evolution of our award-winning Fuel entry-level programme; launch of our experienced-talent programme, Northstar; new career pathways; successful implementation of flexible time off; thought leadership; expanded corporate responsibility initiatives; and commitment to sustainability. Client success is evidenced by longstanding partnerships (four >10 years), strategic innovation, digital transformation, and work with practice-changing impact.

Caudex is a company that has undergone significant challenge and change - with new leadership and evironmental challenges and have handled it well. Their long term vision was clear, with a strong strategy in place backed up good internal engagment and customer feedback.
